Job summary

HedgeServ is seeking a Middle Office Manager to manage the security master data in collaboration with NAV and MO teams. The role covers setup maintenance, data workflows and price feeds, ensuring 100% accuracy in reference data across global platforms.

You will reconcile discrepancies, draft business specs for system enhancements, and support pricing and vendor workflows. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Bloomberg/Reuters are essential; the environment rewards accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel with strong data handling capabilities.
• Introductory knowledge of SQL or VBA is a plus.
• Knowledge of Market Data Vendors (Bloomberg, Reuters) required.

Responsibilities

• Work with NAV & MO teams to build and maintain the global security master database.
• Ensure accuracy of reference data impacting Trading PnL.
• Reconcile data discrepancies and support pricing and vendor feeds.
