Job summary

HedgeServ in Manila seeks a Middle Office Associate to support trading desk activities across markets, including trade capture, affirmations, and pricing. You will handle client reporting, issue resolution, and related technology development, gaining exposure to derivative instruments and the full trading cycle.

The role involves collaboration with Middle Office, NAV, IT, and Investor Service teams, with a requirement to work US hours.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance.
• IT literate with an emphasis on Excel.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy of all trade bookings, end of day pricing, and client deliverables
• Effectively communicate with clients, assisting with all systems and trade related queries
• Review daily cash and position reconciliations; resolving breaks
• Work closely with the various Middle Office, Nav, IT, and Investor Service teams
• Assist the NAV teams in any queries regarding trades or pricing
• Monitor and process all product life-cycle events
• Work on strategic initiatives and project work
• Willing to work US hours

As we continue through a period of explosive growth, HedgeServ is searching for driven professional who can make an immediate impact in our newly created Middle Office team, based in Manila.

The Middle Office Team at HedgeServ perform all trading desk support responsibilities required of large Multi-Strategy Hedge Funds. The Middle Office Associate will work across functions such as trade capture, affirmations, and pricing. Other responsibilities will be, but not limited to, issue resolution, client reporting deliverables, and technology development.

The position will expose the successful candidate to all financial markets and products traded globally, including highly complex derivative instruments. You will develop invaluable inexperience around how each product trades in the market. The position boosts a very wide range of tasks across all facets of the trading cycle.

Key Responsibilities
