Job summary

S&P Dow Jones Indices is seeking a data-focused professional in Manila to help design, maintain, and govern the security master data. You will ensure accurate reflection of corporate actions and collaborate with index calculation and client support teams to meet business needs.

The role emphasizes data discipline, securities domain knowledge, and exposure to advanced data management tools, with a hybrid office schedule requiring at least 2 days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data management, security reference data, or related financial services role.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in relational databases.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team with strong communication.
• External candidates who reach final interview must attend at least one in-person interview at the nearest S&P Global office.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and maintenance of a unified security master database.
• Implement data governance practices to maintain data quality and completeness.
• Ensure prompt and accurate reflection of corporate actions in the security master.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the security master with business needs.
• Develop domain expertise in securities, corporate actions, and data management tools.
• Work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
