Private Advertiser in Quezon City is seeking a Director of Security to lead the organization’s security operations, guard force management, and investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, or related field
• Extensive experience in corporate security, investigations, loss prevention, or security operations
• Strong knowledge of RA 5487, firearms management, CGF operations, and security compliance
• Proven leadership experience managing security teams across multiple locations
• Strong investigation, decision-making, communication, and crisis-management skills
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Lead overall security operations and ensure security compliance across all branches.
• Manage and oversee the Company Guard Force (CGF) and ensure training compliance with RA 5487.
• Lead investigations involving cash losses, shortages, and security incidents.
• Drive loss prevention, recovery, surveillance, and security risk management initiatives.
• Oversee firearms management and serve as CGF Licensee and Firearm Bond Custodian.
• Maintain strong relationships with police and law enforcement authorities.
• Evaluate the performance of ISU, Control, and CGF Managers.
• Provide monthly security reports and security-related updates to the President, Executive Committee, and Group Security.

About the Role
