Job summary

Reed Elsevier Philippines is seeking a Third-Party & Trust Center Analyst to assess vendor security, privacy, and compliance across the vendor lifecycle. The role manages the Trust Center content and responses to customer security questionnaires, partnering with sales, legal, and product teams to ensure timely, accurate disclosures.

The candidate will work in a hybrid setup (onsite 1-2 days per month) at UP AyalaLand Technohub, Quezon City, with global vendors and regulatory frameworks (ISO,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in information security compliance, third-party/vendor risk management, or IT audit.
• Working knowledge of ISO 27001/27017, ISO 27701/27018, HIPAA, PCI DSS, and NIST 800-53.
• Experience with GRC/TPRM and trust center tooling (e.g., OneTrust, SafeBase, Optro or similar).
• Fluency in English; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assess third parties and vendors for compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory obligations.
• Maintain and update the Trust Center with customer-facing security documentation.
• Respond to security questionnaires and assist with audit inquiries.
• Engage with Legal, Procurement, Privacy, and Product teams to improve third-party risk processes.
