Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. seeks a vigilant security professional to maintain safety, security, peace, and order at the Station and its personnel and property.

Responsibilities include hourly patrols, inspecting premises, securing exits, monitoring restricted areas, preventing unauthorized access, and promptly reporting incidents or hazards to management. The role requires calm, decisive action during emergencies and a visible, professional security presence at all times.

Qualifications

• At least college level education.
• 2-3 years of experience in security operations or similar.
• Capable of regular patrols and extended standing/walking.
• Alert, responsible, trustworthy, disciplined and reliable.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including 12-hour duty.
• Security license/certification or relevant training is an advantage.

• Assist Station personnel during emergencies, accidents, and calamities.
• Respond promptly to security and safety concerns.
• Report incidents, hazards, and security breaches to management.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times.
