Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a vigilant security professional to maintain safety and order at the station.

The role requires regular patrols, inspections, and monitoring of restricted areas, with a focus on preventing unauthorized access and ensuring rapid response to incidents. Ideal candidates have college-level education, 2–3 years of security experience, strong observation and communication skills, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• College level education or higher.
• 2–3 years of security operations experience.
• Capable of regular patrols and extended standing/walking.
• Alert, responsible, trustworthy and disciplined.
• Strong observation, communication and decision-making skills.
• Calm under pressure and able to respond during emergencies.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including 12-hour duty.
• Security license/certification or relevant training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to security and safety concerns.
• Report incidents, hazards, and breaches to management.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times.

• Conduct hourly patrols and regular inspections of the premises.
• Check doors, windows, gates, and exits to ensure they are properly secured.
• Monitor restricted areas, including Electrical, Locker, Storage Rooms, Staff House, and Sales Office.
• Prevent and report any unauthorized or unlawful entry.
• Stay alert and immediately report suspicious persons, activities, or incidents.
• Assist Station personnel during emergencies, accidents, and calamities.
• Respond promptly to security and safety concerns.
• Report incidents, hazards, and security breaches to management.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years experience in security operations or other similar positions.
