Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a diligent Security Guard to maintain safety, security, and order at the Station.

The role requires vigilance, discipline, and the ability to respond to emergencies and incidents. Responsibilities include hourly patrols, checking doors, windows, gates, and exits, monitoring restricted areas, reporting hazards and security breaches to management, and maintaining a visible, professional presence.

Qualifications

• At least college level.
• 2-3 years in security operations.
• Capable of regular patrols and extended standing/walking.
• Alert, responsible, trustworthy, disciplined, and reliable.
• Good observation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Able to remain calm and respond appropriately during emergencies.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including 12-hour duty.
• Security license/certification or relevant training is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety, security, peace, and orderliness of the Station.
• Conduct hourly patrols and regular inspections of the premises.
• Check doors, windows, gates, and exits to ensure they are properly secured.
• Monitor restricted areas, including Electrical, Locker, Storage Rooms, Staff House, and Sales Office.
• Prevent and report any unauthorized or unlawful entry.
• Stay alert and immediately report suspicious persons, activities, or incidents.
• Assist Station personnel during emergencies, accidents, and calamities.
• Respond promptly to security and safety concerns.
• Report incidents, hazards, and security breaches to management.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times.
