Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to maintain safety and order at the station. You will conduct hourly patrols, inspect doors and exits, and monitor restricted areas to prevent unauthorized access.

The role requires alertness, reliability, and the ability to respond quickly during emergencies. Regular 12-hour shifts are involved, with duties including reporting hazards and incidents to management and ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Prevent and report unauthorized or unlawful entry.
• Report incidents and hazards to management promptly.
• Assist personnel during emergencies, accidents, and calamities.
• Respond promptly to security and safety concerns.
• Maintain visible professional security presence at all times.

• Maintain the safety, security, peace, and orderliness of the Station.
• Conduct hourly patrols and regular inspections of the premises.
• Check doors, windows, gates, and exits to ensure they are properly secured.
• Monitor restricted areas, including Electrical, Locker, Storage Rooms, Staff House, and Sales Office.
• Prevent and report any unauthorized or unlawful entry.
• Stay alert and immediately report suspicious persons, activities, or incidents.
• Assist Station personnel during emergencies, accidents, and calamities.
• Respond promptly to security and safety concerns.
• Report incidents, hazards, and security breaches to management.
• Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times.

Job Qualifications:

• At least College level.
• At least 2-3 years experience in security operations or other similar positions.
• Capable of regular patrols and extended standing/walking.
• Alert, responsible, trustworthy, disciplined, and reliable.
• Good observation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Able to remain calm and respond appropriately during emergencies.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, including 12-hour duty.
• Security license/certification or relevant training is an advantage.
