About the role
We are currently seeking qualified, licensed, and professional Security Guards/Lady Guards to provide reliable security, protection, and safety services at the assigned client account. The Security Guard/Lady Guard shall be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of personnel, visitors, facilities, equipment, and property within the assigned area. The position requires a high level of vigilance, discipline, professionalism, and integrity, as well as the ability to respond appropriately to security incidents and emergencies.
Key responsibilities
Maintain a visible and professional security presence within the assigned post or area.
Monitor and control the entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, vehicles, and authorized personnel.
Conduct access control and verification in accordance with established procedures.
Perform regular security patrols and inspections of designated areas.
Monitor and report suspicious activities, unauthorized access, safety hazards, and security violations.
Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and other operational concerns.
Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, occurrence book entries, and other required documentation.
Safeguard company and client property, facilities, equipment, and other assets against loss, damage, theft, or unauthorized use.
Assist in emergency procedures, including evacuation, fire, medical, and other contingency situations, as directed.
Maintain proper communication with the Security Supervisor, Detachment Commander, client representatives, and other authorized personnel.
About you
Must possess a valid and current Security Guard License.
Relevant security experience is preferred.
Physically and mentally capable of performing assigned security duties.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong observation, alertness, and situational awareness.
Responsible, disciplined, trustworthy, and dependable.
Able to follow instructions, Post Orders, company policies, and client procedures.
Professional and courteous when dealing with employees, visitors, clients, and the general public.
Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by the assignment.
