Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Security Assistant to protect our stores, assets, and staff in Navotas and nearby areas. You will assist the security team by enforcing procedures, monitoring CCTV, and responding to incidents to minimize risk.

Fresh graduates are welcome. A Bachelor's degree in Criminology or related field is preferred. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and knowledge of security systems and emergency response.

• Maintain documentation of security incident reports or investigations.
• Follow emergency procedures and support responders.

As a Security Assistant, you are expected to maintain the safety and security of our organization's premises, assets, and personnel. Assist the security team in implementing security protocols, monitoring surveillance systems, and providing support in emergencies.

• Stay up-to-date with security industry trends and best practices.

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or a related field.
