Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Security Assistant to safeguard store premises, assets and personnel in Batangas City or nearby areas. You will assist the security team in implementing protocols, monitor surveillance, and support in emergencies.

The role requires a Degree in Criminology or related field, with fresh graduates welcome and a preference for candidates with at least 6 months security experience. Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminology or related field is required.

• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct store audits to identify fraud areas or procedural deficiencies.
• Investigate known or suspected internal or external theft and vendor fraud.
• Identify and report merchandise or stock shortages.
• Verify functioning of security systems (CCTV, alarms, sensors, locks).
• Maintain documentation of security-related incidents or investigations.
• Follow emergency procedures and support responders.

• Adhere to all company security policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with security industry trends and best practices.
