Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Security Assistant to ensure the safety of premises, assets, and personnel. You will support the security team, conduct store audits, investigate theft, and monitor surveillance systems.

You will verify security systems, maintain incident records, and follow emergency procedures while adhering to company policies. Fresh graduates are welcome; 6 months security experience preferred. Assignment: Taguig or Muntinlupa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or a related field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
• At least 6 months of working experience in security, enforcement, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and surveillance systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts store audits to identify fraud areas or procedural deficiencies.
• Investigate known or suspected internal or external theft and vendor fraud.
• Identifies and reports merchandise or stock shortages.
• Verifies the functioning of physical security systems, such as CCTV, alarms, sensor tag systems, or locks.
• Maintains documentation of reports on security-related incidents or investigations.
• Follow emergency procedures and provide support to emergency responders.
• Adhere to all company security policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with security industry trends and best practices.
