Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. in Nueva Ecija is seeking a Security Assistant to safeguard premises, assets, and personnel across assigned sites. You will assist the security team in implementing protocols and monitoring systems.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Criminology (fresh graduates welcome) and at least 6 months security experience. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conducts store audits to identify fraud areas or procedural deficiencies.
• Investigates known or suspected internal or external theft and vendor fraud.
• Identifies and reports merchandise or stock shortages.
• Verifies the functioning of physical security systems, such as CCTV, alarms, sensor tag systems, or locks.
• Maintains documentation of reports on security-related incidents or investigations.
• Follows emergency procedures and provides support to emergency responders.
• Adheres to all company security policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Stays up-to-date with security industry trends and best practices.
