Job summary

Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Security Assistant to safeguard our store premises, assets and personnel in Laguna.

You will support the security team with store audits, investigations into theft, and monitoring CCTV, alarms and other security systems. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; the role offers a chance to grow with a fast‑growing retailer as the company expands across the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 6 months of working experience in security, enforcement, or a related field.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and surveillance systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain composure in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct store audits to identify fraud areas or deficiencies.
• Investigate known or suspected internal or external theft and vendor fraud.
• Identify and report merchandise or stock shortages.
• Verify the functioning of physical security systems, such as CCTV, alarms, sensor tag systems, or locks.
• Maintain documentation of reports on security-related incidents or investigations.
• Follow emergency procedures and provide support to emergency responders.
• Adhere to all company security policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with security industry trends and best practices.
