Alfamart Trading Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Loss and Prevention Supervisor to strengthen security across our stores and distribution centers in the Philippines. You will monitor security systems, lead investigations into theft, and implement strategies to prevent loss of property and assets.

The role requires a degree in criminology or related field and at least 6 months in security or enforcement. Fieldwork is expected; motorcycle is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminology or a related field.
• At least 6 months of working experience in security, enforcement, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and surveillance systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to do fieldwork; motorcycle is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Investigate internal or external theft and vendor fraud.
• Collaborate with law enforcement to report or investigate crimes.

• Administer shrinkage control programs for store and DC.
• Monitor shrinkage trends to identify theft and fraud patterns.
• Implement processes to reduce property or financial losses.
• Conduct store audits to identify deficiencies.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security systems, conducting investigations into security breaches, and implementing strategies to prevent loss and ensure the safety of our property and assets.

• Prepare detailed and accurate report in a timely manner for Executives, HR and others upon request.
• Investigate known or suspected internal theft, external theft or vendor fraud.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to report or investigate crimes.
• Legal compliance, and matters related to organized work related crime and fraud.
• Administer and involve in store and DC shrinkage supervising and controlling programs.
• Monitor and analyze shrinkage to identify trends in theft and fraud, organize retail crime, and connected fraud.
• Implement or monitor processes to reduce property or financial losses.
• Conduct store audits to identify problem areas or procedural deficiencies.
