Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a Security and Safety Personnel to maintain the safety, security, peace, and order at the Station and its facilities. You will conduct hourly patrols, inspect premises, and monitor restricted areas.
The role requires vigilance, discipline, and the ability to respond to emergencies, incidents, and alarms, with reporting of any hazards to management. Ideal candidates are college level with 2–3 years in security, physically fit with good vision, and willing to work
The Security and Safety Personnel is responsible for maintaining the safety, security, peace, and orderliness of the Station, its personnel, facilities, equipment, and properties. The position requires vigilance, discipline, and the ability to respond appropriately to security concerns, emergencies, and other incidents.
Maintain the safety, security, peace, and orderliness of the Station.
Conduct hourly patrols and regular inspections of the premises.
Check doors, windows, gates, and exits to ensure they are properly secured.
Monitor restricted areas, including Electrical, Locker, Storage Rooms, Staff House, and Sales Office.
Prevent and report any unauthorized or unlawful entry.
Stay alert and immediately report suspicious persons, activities, or incidents.
Assist Station personnel during emergencies, accidents, and calamities.
Respond promptly to security and safety concerns.
Report incidents, hazards, and security breaches to management.
Ensure compliance with company safety and security policies and procedures.
Maintain a visible and professional security presence at all times.
At least College level.
At least 2-3 years experience in security operations or other similar positions.
Must be physically fit and healthy.
Ideal 20/20 vision.
Capable of regular patrols and extended standing/walking.
Alert, responsible, trustworthy, disciplined, and reliable.
Good observation, communication, and decision-making skills.
Able to remain calm and respond appropriately during emergencies.
Willing to work shifting schedules, including 12-hour duty.
Security license/certification or relevant training is an advantage.
