Gentry Trading Industries Corporation is seeking a Security Personnel to maintain a safe environment, enforce security protocols, and respond to incidents at our Taguig premises.
You will monitor premises, control access, report incidents, and coordinate with management. The role requires a high school diploma, security license, 1–2 years of experience, and good observation and communication skills. A professional appearance and customer service mindset are essential.
As Security Personnel, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, implementing security protocols and responding to any incidents that may arise. This role is essential to our operations and contributes directly to the safety and wellbeing of everyone within our premises.
Ensure the safety and security of customers, employees, and company assets.
Monitor the store premises and deter and report theft, vandalism, and other security risks.
Conduct routine patrols and security inspections.
Control access to the store and restricted areas.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
Prepare accurate incident and daily activity reports.
Monitor company policies and security procedures.
Provide professional assistance to customers and employees as needed.
Coordinate with managers and law enforcement when required.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold excellent customer service standards.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a security role or similar position
Strong observational and communication skills with the ability to remain alert and focused
Physical fitness and capability to perform regular patrols and respond to emergencies
Knowledge of security systems, CCTV operations and access control equipment
Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in high-pressure situations
Professional appearance and demeanour with strong integrity and reliability
Ability to work flexible hours including shifts, weekends and public holidays
First aid or CPR certification is advantageous
Knowledge of emergency response procedures and evacuation protocols
