Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in supply chain planning/execution in semiconductor industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience with SAP ERP, SCM, Business Objects, Promis or equivalent, and Advanced Planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive SCM objectives including revenue, on-time delivery, inventory, and customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain production build plan and support quarterly goals.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to forecast demand.
• Respond to customer expedites and inquiries related to supply.
• Issue Delivery Notes to support revenue plans and deliveries.
• Review order confirmations based on build plans and allocations.
• Coordinate production activities to improve runtime.
• Plan production tasks based on customer orders.
• Develop and review production plans for approval and monitor execution.
• Manage planning systems for demand, supply, capacity, constraints and inventory.
• Identify red flags and work with cross-functional teams for root-cause analysis.

Job Location: Binan, PH

What you will be doing:

1. 1) Drive the achievement of the company's SCM objectives (Revenue, On-time Delivery, Inventory, Customer Satisfaction, etc.) of the assigned account.
2. 2) Create and maintain production build plan and manage end to end to support management quarterly goals with regards to Revenue, On time Customer delivery, capacity utilization, inventory turnover levels, and cost control.
3. 3) Collaborates with Product Marketing to understand customer forecast requirements
4. Manage and respond to customer expedites, pull-ins and inquiries with regard to supply situation.
5. 4) Manage the issuance of Delivery Notes to support revenue plans, customer allocation and delivery commitments.
6. 5) Review and manage the accuracy of order confirmation which is based on short term and long-term build plan and customer allocation if any
7. Work with management in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime.
8. 6) Plan production tasks and schedules according to customer orders.
9. 7) Develop and review production plan with Managers for approval. Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely manner.
10. 8) Manage the issuance of Delivery Notes to support revenue plans, customer allocation and delivery commitments.
11. 9) Well- versed in any Planning System managing Demand, Supply, Capacity, Constraint, Material and Inventory.
12. 10) Knowledge in handling multi die, multi flow and multilocation devices is an advantage
13. Strong Customer focus and ability to work effectively with peers and stake holders such as Marketing, Operations and Management to drive improvements.
14. 11) Review and manage the accuracy of order confirmation which is based on short term and long-term build plan and customer allocation if any.
15. 12) Identify red flags and engage/collaborate with other Planning Teams and Departments for root cause analysis, recommend solutions to complex problems and drive plan execution.

What you will bring along:

1. 1) Minimum 2+ years experience in supply chain planning/execution in a highly technical semiconductor.
2. 2) Graduate of Bachelor's/ College Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course to Supply Chain.
3. 3) Experience in SAP ERP and SCM, Business Objects, Promis or Equivalent and Advance Planning system.
4. 4) Excellent communication and negotiation skills and well develop leadership skills.
5. 5) Analytical and data- driven ability.
6. 6) Able to adapt and succeed in a fast- paced, challenging environment
7. 7) Open to work in Binan, Laguna
