Vishay Taguig is currently seeking applicants for a Production Supervisor position that will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling activities of assembly lines in accordance with delivery plans and quality standards while maintaining the delivery of supplies and services for continuous operation in the production, repairing of equipment and facilities, troubleshooting of electrical systems, plumbing, and ensuring the smooth operation of a company’s facility.

Vishay Philippines, Inc. is located in FTI, Taguig Philippines. There are around 811 employees currently working in Vishay Optoelectronics Taguig. This number is constantly growing due to our expansion plans. The plant manufactures optoelectronics. The Vishay Philippines' optoelectronic product line includes a diverse range of advanced technologies in more than 22 package types, from the water sawing up to testing, package development, and product reliability testing and failure analyses.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct daily monitoring of facilities and equipment
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities for the following: Air-conditioning systems, Ovens, Exhaust system, U.P.S, Water pumps, DI and Waste Water Treatment Plant
• Operate and maintain facility’s emergency equipment such as: Chiller, AHU, Genset, U.P.S, Fire extinguishers and Fire pumps
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems such as: Power panel, Breaker, Oven controls, Convenience outlet and other major facilities equipment
• Monitor resource consumptions such as: Gas, Energy, Water and Chemicals
• Monitor and inspect all fire fighting equipment such as: Fire alarm system, fire extinguisher, fire pump and fire hydrant system
• Act as company’s fire brigade
• Understand SOX requirements and compliance
• Perform other tasks as required
• Support the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct
• Assist and support the Company’s health and safety programs

What You Will Bring Along
