Job summary

Vishay Siliconix Philippines, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Section Manager HR & Talent Acquisition to lead strategic recruitment initiatives in Binan, Laguna. You will drive end-to-end hiring, build strong candidate brands, and collaborate with COE leaders to implement new programs.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in TA/HR operations, hands-on HRIS experience with Workday, and advanced Excel skills. Strong communication and project management abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist or recruiter
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday) and advanced Excel
• Proficient in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration
• Open to work in Binan, Laguna

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sourcing & Networking: Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, industry events, and networking.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Candidate Experience & Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, providing a positive, professional experience to attract top-tier talent.
• Implementation of COE Initiatives: Collaborate with COE leaders (Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, etc.) to roll out new programs.
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Create dashboards and reports to measure the efficiency of COE programs.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Use metrics to analyze and improve recruiting strategies and pipeline efficiency

What will you bring along

• Experience: 6+ years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist, recruiter, or similar role and HR Operations, HRIS, or specialized HR roles (Comp & Ben, Talent Management).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Technology: Proven experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel).
• Sourcing Skills: Expertise in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches).
• Project Management: Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and work in fast-paced environments.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.
• Able to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Open to work in Binan, Laguna
