This role ensures the production and distribution of high-quality bakery products while achieving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets. The Section Manager oversees production planning, inventory management, merchandising, team leadership, food safety compliance, and operational efficiency. The position works closely with sales, purchasing, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of retail and wholesale customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Food Technology, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bakery operations, food manufacturing, retail, or wholesale distribution.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a bakery or food production environment.
• Strong knowledge of bakery production processes, inventory management, merchandising, and food safety standards.
• Experience managing both retail operations and wholesale accounts is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and inventory or retail management systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended shifts when business demands require.
