MicroSourcing is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Seasonal Account in Cagayan de Oro. The role is onsite at SM CDO with shifting schedules.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, confirm orders, manage returns and refunds, and log detailed CRM notes while offering product recommendations and upsell opportunities. Applicants should have excellent English, fast typing, a reliable home office setup with 25 Mbps, and a proven track record in multichannel support.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Typing speed of 50–55+ WPM.
• Private home office with a minimum 25 Mbps internet connection and a reliable backup line.
• High level of reliability and attendance.
• Experience handling multi-channel support (voice, email, chat).

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Confirm customer orders and ensure shipping information is accurate.
• Manage return authorizations, exchanges, and refunds.
• Provide product recommendations and capitalize on sales opportunities during calls.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records and log detailed notes in our CRM.
