Job summary

Rayomar Management, Inc. in Manila is seeking an export logistics coordinator to manage and monitor export sea freight bookings through the VMS system and ensure timely processing of shipments.

You will coordinate with clients, carriers, CFS and transport providers on schedules, prepare shipment references, ISF, FSI and advisories, monitor milestones, handle documents, and support billing and customer inquiries with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor export sea freight bookings through the VMS system.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, CFS, and transport providers regarding shipment schedules and booking confirmations.
• Prepare, update, and maintain shipment references and export documentation in the system.
• Ensure timely submission of shipping requirements, including Final Shipping Instructions (FSI), Shipping Advisories, and Import Security Filing (ISF).
• Monitor cargo status updates and ensure accurate encoding of shipment milestones such as Cargo Received (GR).
• Handle documentation processing, scanning, uploading, and filing of shipment-related documents.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely shipment movement.
• Assist in billing preparation, carrier payment processing, and related operational documentation.
• Provide customer service support by responding to shipment inquiries and updates in a timely and professional manner.
