Job summary

Rayomar Management, Inc. is seeking a dedicated coordinator to act as the main liaison between the company and seafarers.

The role involves collecting and verifying crew documentation, ensuring compliance with statutory and principal requirements, and timely entry into the company database. The position includes processing crew for dispatch, coordinating training and logistics, and ensuring adherence to QMS, OSH, and data privacy policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in seafarer coordination or human resources is preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact and coordinator between the company and the seafarer.
• Coordinate seafarer documentation and verify compliance with statutory and principal requirements.
• Ensure documentation is correct, valid, and encoded into the company database promptly.
• Prepare and process crew for dispatch in line with the advance crew rotation plan.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, OSH, and data privacy policies.
• Arrange seafarer training, uniforms, and logistics with external parties.
• Attend to principal queries to support customer service.
• Debrief off-signing crew for expiring docs and career guidance.
• Ensure training requirements meet principal expectations.
• Participate in welfare programs and regular coordination meetings.
• Provide feedback to management for process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and Code of Conduct.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
