Job summary

V.Group in Manila is seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to manage end-to-end sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination for local and offshore roles. You will maintain strong relationships with officers and ratings, build a robust talent pool, and drive offers through to joining while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and proven direct sourcing and networking experience, with seagoing crewing background considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Direct sourcing and networking experience essential.
• In-house recruitment experience preferred.
• Seagoing crewing experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates actively and passively for recruitment requests.
• Maintain contact with officers and ratings.
• Expand talent pool via networking, advertising and events.
• Ensure recruitment records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate screening, interviews and verifications.
• Discuss offers with shortlisted candidates through joined status.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on recruitment matters.
• Record market intelligence on seagoing manpower.
• Adhere to local laws and company recruitment policies.
