Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel Philippines is seeking a Sea Logistics Sales Representative to win new SME customers and develop business in FCL/LCL segments across the region. You will work with the Sea Logistics Team to deliver end-to-end solutions and drive growth.

In this role you will generate a strong pipeline, provide quotations with internal pricing tools, and build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and approach them via cold calls, social media, and other channels.
• Meet with prospects to build trust and relationships.
• Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities and demonstrate end-to-end sea freight solutions.
• Provide quotations with internal pricing tools and align with location manager.
• Document sales activities in the CRM and monitor volumes.

As Sea Logistics Sales Representative (FS-VS) you are an integral part of our Customer Care Locations and Teams. Your focus and priority are to win new customers, especially in the segment of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) and to develop new business (FCL - Full Container Loads and LCL - Less than Container Loads).

Based on a close collaboration with the Sea Logistics Team in your Customer Care Location your overarching goal is an extraordinary customer focus and experience. Both are crucial to the success of Kuehne+Nagel's Roadmap 2026 and Vision 2030.

How you create impact

• Search for potential customers in internal and external sources and approach them by all communication channels (cold calls, social media messages etc.)
• Engage in online and physical meetings with potential customers to build-up relationships and trust
• Make the growth potential of your accounts and prospects transparent in Kuehne+Nagel's Customer Relationship Management software
• Create a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities to deliver on your personal and company growth aspirations
• Act as a consultant for customers to elaborate on the development of sea freight market and to build end-to-end solutions based on Kuehne+Nagel's sea logistics services and solutions as well as online platform myKN
• Provide quotations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and pricing software as well as take pricing decisions in alignment with the Manager of your Customer Care Location
• Facilitate the implementation of new and additional business with the Sea Logistics Team in your Customer Care Location
• Conduct research regarding market potentials as well as share customer feedback with internal stakeholders
• Document all relevant customer information as well as sales activities in Kuehne+Nagel's Customer Relationship Management software
• Monitor the development of booked, shipped and invoiced transport volumes of your accounts based Kuehne+Nagel´s sales visibility software
• Foster the collaboration and sharing of best practices with your colleagues in the community of Sea Logistics Sales Representatives
