Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel Philippines in Cebu City is seeking a detail‑oriented logistics professional to support daily supply chain data and reporting for SEA operations. You will help ensure data quality, monitor performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

You will collaborate with global stations, prepare system reports, and act as a primary contact for internal stakeholders and customers, driving timely information and proactive issue resolution to uphold service commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sea Logistics or a similar environment.
• Knowledge of KN systems (TMS, ESP, Infor Nexus, KN Login) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies operational issues and implements preventive solutions to avoid service failures.
• Sets up and maintains system-generated reports to ensure accurate shipment data.
• Coordinates with global stations to secure timely responses and enforces SOPs.
• Resolves conflicts among origins, destinations, carriers, and suppliers with data-driven analysis.
• Shares best practices to support customer growth and improve service quality.
• Delivers data quality reports to CCL/OCC and internal stakeholders on a timely basis.
• Collaborates with internal departments to meet SLA standards for ISC customers.
• Builds internal networks, maintains account documentation, drives visibility, and leads improvements.
• Serves as the primary customer contact for inquiries and escalations with professionalism.
• Provides proactive shipment status updates and clarity on disruptions.
• Facilitates customer meetings to align on priorities and performance metrics.
• Builds long-term customer relationships with accountability and responsiveness.

Job Purpose

• The role supports daily supply chain compliance and operational excellence activities while ensuring accurate and timely data for internal stakeholders.
• The position proactively monitors account performance metrics, drives continuous improvement, and maintains data quality through exception management.

Main Responsibilities

• Identifies operational issues and implements preventive solutions to avoid service failures and support operational excellence.
• Sets up and maintains system-generated reports to ensure accurate, timely, and visible shipment data for customers.
• Coordinates with global stations to secure timely responses and reinforces adherence to SOP requirements.
• Resolves conflicts among origins, destinations, carriers, and suppliers through fact‑based analysis and local handling where possible.
• Shares best practices across stations to support customer growth and enhance overall service quality.
• Prepares and delivers data quality reports (daily to yearly) to CCL/OCC team and internal stakeholders in an organized and timely manner.
• Collaborates with internal departments to meet SLA standards and ensure operational commitments for key ISC customers.
• Builds strong internal network relationships, maintains up‑to‑date account documentation, drives process visibility, leads corrective actions, and co‑creates continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the supply chain value roadmap.
• Serves as the primary customer contact, managing daily inquiries, clarifications, and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
• Delivers proactive communication on shipment status, service updates, and potential disruptions to maintain transparency and trust.
• Facilitates customer meetings and calls, ensuring alignment on operational priorities, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives.
• Builds long-term customer relationships by consistently demonstrating accountability, responsiveness, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Sea Logistics or a similar environment.
• Order Management experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of KN systems (TMS, ESP, Infor Nexus, KN Login) is preferred.
• Experience in data management and supply chain operations is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage priorities and handle large volumes of data accurately.
• Effective communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Proactive in resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.
• Able to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
