Job summary

Dsv Inc is seeking a Supervisor for the FCL Freight Forwarder, Sea Export to lead the Sea Export team in the Philippines, ensuring efficient workload management and adherence to standards. The role focuses on service quality, process improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating with stakeholders, resolving inquiries, and delivering timely shipments and reports. A graduate with English fluency and 1+ year of ops experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of at least a 4-year course.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Operational industry experience in a similar capacity (minimum 1 year).
• Preferably with working experience in a multinational freight forwarder.
• Comprehensive understanding of customer requirements in terms of information flow, transportation, warehousing and logistics.
• Excellent knowledge of Seafreight forwarding operations.
• Knowledge/experience in use of Cargowise system an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Sea Export operations and KPI monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards and service quality.
• Drive continuous improvement with BCM and Operations Process teams.
• Coordinate with DSV offices and stakeholders on shipment instructions.
• Respond to customer inquiries with effective logistics solutions.
• Supervise Freight Forwarder staff and ensure compliant shipments.
• Prepare operational and customer-required reports.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
