Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee IT initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating with IT teams, stakeholders, and vendors.

The role requires 5+ years in IT project management and strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, plus excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Cloud/API knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Admin or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Experience in stakeholder and vendor management.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise IT systems (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and deliverables.
• Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide regular project updates to management.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and successful project implementation.
