Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an IT PMO Lead to mature the IT PMO, govern project delivery, and standardize how initiatives are prioritized and measured. You will own KPI reporting, run governance cadences, and coordinate with IT functions to deliver a consolidated IT book of work.

The role requires strong experience in PMO governance, IT portfolio and demand management, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Tempo, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of IT project/program management experience with at least 3 years leading a PMO.
• Experience maturing PMO, portfolio, and demand management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own IT PMO governance and standardization; define attributes, phases, gates, ownership, escalation, and review cadence.
• Maintain a single consolidated IT project view using Run/Grow/Transform; manage capacity and funding trades.
• Operate a governed front door for IT/BT demand via FRP Jira portal and ensure end-to-end traceability.
