Job summary

Surepay Technologies Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master to lead agile software delivery in a hybrid role based in Makati. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach the team on Agile principles, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery of features.

You will mentor developers, collaborate with QA, and align development work with business goals while upholding quality standards and documentation. A Bachelor's in IT/CS and 3+ years in software development with Scrum experience are required.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of software development experience with at least 1 year in a Scrum Master or team lead role.
Certified in Agile/Scrum; Scrum Master certification preferred.
Experience in full-stack or back-end software development, leadership, code reviews, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Guide and coach the development team on Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
Remove impediments and blockers to maintain velocity and timely sprint delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and maintain the product backlog.
Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable software applications.
Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and coding standards.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on best practices.
Coordinate with QA to ensure thorough testing and defect resolution.
