The Scrum Master II will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team delivers consistently and efficiently. This role coordinates with product owners and development teams to refine and manage user stories, remove impediments, and optimize team workflows. The Scrum Master II will monitor sprint progress, track key metrics, and promote agile best practices, coaching team members on Scrum principles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
