Job summary

Talentium in Manila (Philippines) is seeking a proactive Scrum Master to support our B2C digital projects. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Agile principles and able to support development teams to deliver value.

You will facilitate Scrum events, remove impediments, coach the team, and collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a clear backlog. Strong English communication and experience with JIRA are required, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years as a Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
• Experience with JIRA and Agile project management.
• Certified Scrum Master preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
• Remove impediments and foster team collaboration.
• Maintain a well-defined backlog with the Product Owner.
• Coach teams on Agile best practices and mindset.
• Monitor risks and ensure on-time delivery.
• Track progress using JIRA and document project artifacts.
