Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a mid-level Scrum Master to facilitate agile ceremonies, remove blockers, and help delivery teams succeed in ecommerce projects.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of Scrum Master experience, solid English communication, and familiarity with Jira/Confluence. Experience with .NET, Java, ReactJS, or SQL is a plus; clear documentation and strong collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of mid-level Scrum Master experience.
• Certified Scrum Master is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence as development tools.
• Background and experience in .NET, Java, ReactJS, and SQL technologies.
• Prior software development or testing experience (Frontend, Backend in E-commerce) is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work closely with others.
• Ability to document and explain technical details clearly and concisely.
