Job summary

Directio PHL, Inc. is seeking a Scrum Master to join our France-focused project team in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa, 2 days WFH). You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and coach teams toward higher productivity while collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders.

You should have 2+ years in Agile environments, experience with Jira/Confluence, and familiarity with .NET/Java/ReactJS/SQL. English communication is essential in our international team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master delivering projects.
• Experience working in hybrid setups and facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for backlog management and reporting.
• Knowledge of .NET, Java, ReactJS, and SQL is a plus.
• Strong English communication in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery of high‑quality software and promote Agile principles.
• Organize and timebox Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Remove impediments and foster collaboration between developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Coach the Scrum Team on Agile values and self‑organization.
• Maintain prioritized backlog with the Product Owner and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Track sprint progress using Agile tools and report team velocity and delivery health.
• Document project progress and risks with cross‑team transparency.
• Encourage continuous improvement and actionable outcomes from retrospectives.
• Contribute to risk management and mitigation planning.
• Promote open communication across all involved parties.
• Support scaling Agile practices across the organization.
