The position requires 3+ years as a Scrum Master, 2+ years in project management, Jira proficiency, and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Scrum Master managing Scrum teams.
• 2+ years of project management experience with medium to complex projects.
• Proficiency in Jira and other Agile PM tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience in stakeholder and vendor management.
• Experience in coaching teams on Agile methodologies.
• Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-management.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills to track and report on team performance metrics.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Product Owner (CPO), or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings

• Monitor team performance metrics and ensure quality standards are met
