Prime Energy in Batangas City seeks an experienced Supply Chain Management Operations Coordinator on a 1 year fixed term contract. The role oversees warehouse and logistics activities at the supply base and worksites, ensuring safe, efficient delivery of marine transport services and adherence to contract and port procedures.

The incumbent will manage CMCP-related activities, drive delivery excellence for maintenance and engineering portfolios, and ensure documentation complies with CP standards

Qualifications

• Requires tertiary education and several years in SCM or related roles.
• Strong commercial sense and business acumen; able to multitask.
• Excellent written and spoken English; capable of clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate contractor performance, including HSSE compliance, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct regular coordination meetings to align daily operational requirements and resolve issues.

Supply Chain Management Operations Coordinator

(1 year fixed term contract)

Based in Batangas City, Batangas

Purpose Of Job

The role ensures the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of marine transport services, maintaining full compliance of marine operations with industry standards and local procedures. The incumbent is responsible for driving the performance of marine service contractors in accordance with agreed contract service levels.

The position is also accountable for the warehouse and logistics activities at the Supply Base and associated worksites & remote warehouses, including the transit shed and berthing areas utilized by supply boats. It is responsible for the overall performance, compliance, and assurance of all ship-to-shore and warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to port standards and procedures, including those of third-party contractors.

Scope

• · Reliable operation of warehouse and logistics activities at the Supply Base and associated worksites & remote warehouses, including the transit shed and berthing areas utilized by Prime Energy supply boats.
• · Managing risks and operations related to Land Transport of personnel, ensuring the safe, efficient, reliable, and cost-effective delivery of transport services across Prime Energy.
• · The role will manage the execution of the complete Category Management & Contracting Process (CMCP) including Contract Strategy, Tactics and Contract Management activities for the relevant contract portfolio.
• · Responsible for Operational & Delivery Excellence for applicable portfolio (Maintenance and Engineering)
• · Contribute to the development of National & Global Category Strategies that incorporate business needs, local content & market conditions for the applicable portfolio.
• · Drive the implementation of Category strategies in the Philippines including securing required approvals.
• · Provide the primary CP focal point for Contract Holders and Owners involved with the portfolio – challenge commercially against the key drivers of Specification, Demand and Price.
• · Ensure that all tender and contract documentation conforms to CP standards.
• · Ensure that the tendering process is auditable and conforms to Shell Group Business Principles, UI business plans, standards, policies and procedures.
• · Ensure compliance with US Export Controls and relevant regulations.
• · Ensure timely entry of PO’s and Outline Agreements with approved Review Limit, correct tax computation, and terms and conditions.
• · Provide pre-award and post award contract support services (Contract Management Plan) to assigned Contract Holders.
• · Ensure that all Contracts managed within the portfolio do not exceed their Approved Contract Value or Expiry dates.
• · Ensure best practice, new developments, ideas and changing market conditions are accurately reflected in contracting strategies, tenders and contracts.
• · Assist in providing management reports/information as required, (e.g. KPI, BCP, SOX and related reports).
• · Ensure that all company records are stored in accordance with the Group CP File Plan.

Principal Responsibilities

• Evaluating contractor performance, including HSSE compliance, and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
• Conducting regular coordination meetings to ensure daily operational requirements are clearly understood and issues are promptly resolved.
• Participating in contractor performance reviews and promoting the sharing of lessons learned from incidents to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Ensuring timely invoice processing within the Approved Contract Value (ACV) and adherence to contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• · Tertiary education and 7 years relevant SCM experience.
• · Commercial sense, business acumen, and multi-tasked work capability.
• · Unquestionable ethics, good team building skills, analytical abilities, and an excellent command of written and spoken English.
• · Strong influencing skills.
• · SAP Materials Management knowledge highly desirable.
• · Demonstrated ability to work in a multicultural environment.
