Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd seeks a dedicated First Aid & Administrative Assistant to support our school partner in the Philippines. You will handle telephone and walk-in queries from students, parents, and teachers, provide first-aid, and manage the first-aid room.

You will also pack brochures and souvenirs, monitor lost and found, and prepare data reports such as meal vouchers and wellness injury reports, contributing to a safe, well-organized campus environment.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' similar experience.
• Valid First Aid with CPR and AED certification.

• Provide first-aid to students and manage the first-aid room (stock-taking, packing, simple cleaning).
• Pack brochures, booklets, and souvenirs for staff and students.
