Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator to oversee maintenance across school buildings and grounds in Santo Niño area. You will coordinate maintenance, supervise cleaning contractors, monitor pest control and waste management, and address operational feedback.

Applicants should have at least 3 years' experience, be able to multi-task and work well in a team. The role requires onsite presence and collaboration with School Leaders and operations staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in facilities/operations
• Ability to multitask and be a strong team player

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, offices, labs, sports facilities and common areas
• Conduct regular inspections to identify defects and follow up on rectification works
• Maintain emergency preparedness exercises inventory
• Supervise cleaning contractors to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Monitor pest control, waste management, landscaping and environmental services
• Conduct regular inspections and address operational feedback
• Perform minor ad-hoc repair works within school premises
• Security control at school foyer during school days and events
• Any other ad-hoc operational duties assigned by OM/AM and School Leaders

Job description

Working hour

• Mon to Thur: 7 am to 4 pm
• Fri: 7 am to 5pm

Key Roles
