Job summary

ADP in Makati is seeking an entry-level SBS Services Representative to support client inquiries on payroll regulations, computations and product how-to. You will assist with programming, troubleshooting and year-end balancing, contributing to accurate payroll services.

Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of KPO/shared services experience are encouraged to apply. Strong English communication and MS Office skills are required in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Additional Requirements

• Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Court Coursed Certificate, Bachelor’s Degree, any field
• 6 months to 1 year KPO/Shared Services experience, general office, customer service and/or data entry experience if applicable.
• Above average verbal and written communications skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Preferably with experience in using MS Office applications
• Proven experience using the telephone in a high volume environment.
• Basic knowledge of math, ability to work with numbers.
