Job summary

OpenText Philippines seeks a Senior Manager for SAP VIM to lead a team of consultants and drive delivery excellence across client projects.

You will coach and develop talent, manage complex SAP VIM challenges, and collaborate on P2P, MM-LIV, and FI-AP processes using OpenText OCC/ICC/IES where applicable.

This role predominantly follows US business hours on-site in Makati, offering growth in a dynamic information-management environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading teams or managing delivery in SAP environments.
• 7+ years SAP delivery experience with SAP VIM (OpenText OCC, ICC, or IES a plus).
• Strong expertise in P2P, SAP MM-LIV, and FI-AP processes.
• Proven coaching and people development abilities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED5+ years of people management or team leadership experience.7+ years of SAP delivery experience, including 5+ years in SAP VIM by OpenText. Strong expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), SAP MM-LIV, and FI-AP processes. Experience with OpenText solutions such as OCC, ICC, or IES.Proven ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.

Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling complex delivery issues. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, or cloud-based OpenText solutions is a plus.
