Job summary

OpenText seeks a SAP/OpenText VIM Techno-Functional Consultant to deliver invoice automation and AP solutions for global clients. You will analyze requirements, design scalable VIM solutions, and drive end-to-end delivery while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.

You will implement VIM configurations, OCR and archiving integrations, and optimize Procure‑to‑Pay processes. Strong English communication and the ability to work across projects worldwide are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting SAP/OpenText VIM solutions.
• Experience with OCR and Archiving integrations, including config, testing, and deployment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and AP operations.
• Experience integrating SAP VIM with OCR platforms, archiving solutions, and FI/MM/SD.
• Hands‑on expertise configuring VIM workflows, document types, OCR, and PPF.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to translate tech into business language.

Working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users, you will help organizations streamline Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, enhance invoice processing efficiency, and maximize the value of their SAP ecosystem through best-in-class VIM, OCR, and archiving integrations.

What It Takes
