Job summary

OpenText Philippines seeks a Senior Manager for SAP VIM to lead a team of consultants and drive delivery excellence across client projects.

You will coach and develop talent, manage complex SAP VIM challenges, and collaborate on P2P, MM-LIV, and FI-AP processes using OpenText OCC/ICC/IES where applicable.

This role predominantly follows US business hours on-site in Makati, offering growth in a dynamic information-management environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading teams or managing delivery in SAP environments.
• 7+ years SAP delivery experience with SAP VIM (OpenText OCC, ICC, or IES a plus).
• Strong expertise in P2P, SAP MM-LIV, and FI-AP processes.
• Proven coaching and people development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of functional and technical consultants delivering SAP VIM projects.
• Drive delivery excellence, talent development, and operational success.
• Coach, escalate, and resolve complex SAP VIM challenges for clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, and cloud OpenText solutions.
