Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd seeks an experienced SAP VIM/OpenText VIM expert for a hybrid role in Taguig. You will design, configure, and support VIM solutions and integrate with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA to optimize invoice processing and AP workflows.

Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical VIM solutions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with business and IT teams to ensure timely delivery and ongoing process improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of extensive experience with SAP VIM/OpenText VIM.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of OpenText VIM.
• Hands-on experience in VIM solution analysis, design, configuration, development/build, testing and support.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex VIM-related issues.
• Excellent stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical expertise in SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) by OpenText.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective VIM solutions.

• Design, configure, develop, and support VIM solutions based on business and technical requirements.

• Troubleshoot and resolve VIM-related issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

• Perform root-cause analysis and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

• Support the integration of VIM with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA and related systems, as applicable.

• Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.

• Collaborate with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of VIM initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to improve invoice processing, automation, and overall procurement/accounts payable processes.

• Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation related to VIM solutions and processes.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the optimization of existing VIM processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of extensive experience working with SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) / OpenText VIM.

• Strong functional and technical knowledge of OpenText VIM.

• Hands-on experience in VIM solution analysis, design, configuration, development/build, testing, and support.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical/functional solutions.

• Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex VIM-related issues.

• Ability to work independently and manage assigned deliverables within project timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ERP environments.

• Experience with VIM implementation, enhancement, migration, or support projects.

• Knowledge of invoice processing and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

• Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Note: Undergraduate candidates or candidates with a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered, provided the required SAP VIM/OpenText VIM skills and experience are clearly demonstrated and verified.
