Job summary

OLVRO Co. Ltd. in Quezon City is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Technical Consultant to design and maintain SAP HCM integrations with emphasis on Payroll and Time Management/Timekeeping. The role involves development, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of HR processes.

The ideal candidate has 3–8+ years of SAP HCM technical experience, strong ABAP development skills, and experience with SAP HCM integrations. Collaboration with functional teams and stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

3–8+ years of SAP HCM technical experience.
Strong experience in SAP HCM and ABAP Development.
Experience with SAP HCM Integrations.
Hands-on experience supporting Payroll and Time Management/Timekeeping modules.
Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and technical support skills.
Experience in enhancements, custom developments, and reporting solutions.
Ability to work closely with functional consultants, business users, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SAP HCM integrations.
Support Payroll and Time Management/Timekeeping processes.
Implement enhancements and custom developments within SAP HCM.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system defects.
Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
Perform testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with system standards, security requirements, and best practices.
