Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead our SAP practice in the Philippines. You will own the end-to-end delivery of SAP services, guide a multi-disciplinary team across onshore and offshore engagements, and ensure successful execution, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a technical field, 15+ years of experience with 8 in leadership for Application Management, and proven skills in PMP/ITIL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field or comparable experience.
• At least 15 years of working experience with 8 years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of PMP, ITIL and ITSM processes and lifecycle interactions.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale applications in a multi-platform environment.
• Strong client management and global delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engagement project team and foster collaboration.
• Drive growth, identify opportunities, and manage client relationships.
• Oversee global onshore-offshore engagements and large-scale programs.
• Develop business cases, KPIs and benefits realization plans.
• Communicate with stakeholders and executive leadership to drive decisions.
