Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd in Taguig is seeking a SAP Technical Senior Manager to lead bid and delivery solutions across SAP S/4HANA and related workstreams, including EWM, FICO, SD, SF, and Ariba. You’ll design end-to-end SAP solutions, collaborate with delivery teams, and drive client engagements with strong BD foundations.

The role requires extensive SAP delivery know-how, solution architecture skills, and the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable roadmaps

Qualifications

• Prior experience of bid and delivery solutioning in SAP technology areas.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA with end-to-end solution design experience.
• Exposure to multiple functional workstreams (e.g., EWM, FICO, SD, SF, Ariba) or as a solution architect.
• Experience in RFP/RFI and designing customer-ready solutions.
• BD experience (2+ years) with SAP delivery and strong integration understanding.
• Strong communication and quick learning of methodologies (Activate, Agile, SDLC, SCRUM).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate deep SAP knowledge and industry credibility with customers.
• Support RFx completion for customer proposals.
• Engage with clients to scope, discover, and define solutions and roadmaps.
• Create innovative SAP solution designs using EY service offerings.
• Interpret client requirements and articulate the customer ask in meetings.
• Participate in meetings with Delivery, Account, and client teams across functions.
