As a SAP SD Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting group, focusing on SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications. This role is crucial in enabling clients to optimize customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives within our Digital Core Modernisation network.

You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to accelerate. Responsibilities

• Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions
• Leading teams in the strategic planning and execution of CRM initiatives to optimize customer relationship management processes
• Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
