As an AES SAP SD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for SAP Customer Relationship Management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will enable clients to optimise customer relationship management processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality outcomes. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' strengths to meet client expectations. You lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
